About Us
S.P.A. Inc. was formed in 2003 by Dr. Sapozhnikov, who recognized that psychological services being provided to patients in long-term care facilities often lacked quality and personalized commitment. With the mission of providing compassionate and professional psychological services to such patients, Dr. Sapozhnikov began recruiting selective clinical psychologists and simultaneously partnered with skilled nursing facilities.
Our high level of dedication to each patient and facility has allowed us to become the provider-of-choice for quality psychological services in long-term care environments. Over the last seven years we have seen tremendous growth, currently serving over 20 partner facilities and employing a dozen clinical psychologists and doctoral students.
S.P.A. is headquartered in Los Angeles, where the majority of our partner facilities are located. We look forward to building new partnerships with skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, as well welcoming additional good-natured, reliable clinical psychologists to join our team.
